His extensive experience has led to significant increases in revenue and customer acquisition for client companies across industries including hospitality, automotive, real estate, and multi-location retail. From his roots as a small business owner, Roger parlayed his enthusiasm for customer satisfaction into a high performing career with Booking.com; leading to his oversight of offices in Orlando and Miami, Florida. It was here that Roger grew his abilities in people-management and servant leadership, ultimately transitioning into a role with Marriott International. During his tenure at Marriott International, Roger helped establish best practices for digital demand generation as a founding member of the eChannels – eCommerce team.

MORGAN CLARK

What do joint nutraceuticals, high-volume industrial design, real estate, and premium spirits have in common? Morgan has conquered them all throughout a diverse sales and marketing career. Since 2007, she has helped brands establish powerful digital footprints through high-level operations, full-spectrum event marketing, and project management.
After earning her Master’s degree in 2019, Morgan stepped into leadership as the managing partner of a digital marketing agency, where she focused on influencing teams to successful outcomes. Fast-forward to present-day, where her expertise spans SEO optimization, PPC development, conversion-driven copywriting, and strategic third-party vendor management.
A passionate epicurean and avid reader, Morgan spends her time away from the screen in true Kentucky fashion: enjoying horse and bourbon country, being a spectator at UK sporting events, taking scenic backroads, and exploring historic properties. She is a dedicated servant of two local nonprofits and can frequently be found enjoying live music, moseying through an art festival, or ‘relaxing’ with her husband, three daughters (including twins!), and their two dogs.
KRISTIN TEMPLIN
Marketing Manager
With more than 15 years of experience in the tourism industry, Kristin has done everything from lead beer tours in Prague during grad school to run a successful sustainable travel company in India. She spent six years working for Booking.com in New York and Hong Kong as well as three years working as an account manager for the New Zealand Convention Bureau. Through these roles, she gained valuable experience in various facets of the hotel industry and in digital marketing.
Kristin has a degree in journalism from Ohio University and is also a skilled copywriter. She is endlessly fascinated by the world around her and during her free time, you can find her traveling around the world, talking to people about travel, or dreaming about travel.
Patrick McCarthy

Patrick is a recent graduate of Grand Valley State University with a major in Advertising and Public Relations and a minor in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Prior to his college life, Patrick actively participated and competed in the DECA program in the Hospitality and tourism category. During his time in DECA, he achieved 3rd in the State for his presentation mastery and competed in the DECA Nationals in Nashville, Tennessee. At Grand Valley, he developed a focused interest in SEO and data-driven advertising. During his undergraduate life, he worked on several case studies for businesses as wide-ranging as wedding salons, wolverine boots, and a museum. His entry into the professional work world is kick-started by his boundless energy and enthusiasm. Patrick is passionate and driven in communicating the value of a properly established marketing strategy.
